This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. The domain is managed by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure, fast and stable operation of the website. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process; Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses also apply.

3. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form or email me, I process your details (name, email, company, project information) to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Form inquiries are stored in a database (Supabase) and delivered to me via an email service (Resend). Data is deleted once it is no longer needed to handle the inquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are served locally from this server; there is no connection to Google Fonts.

5. Embedded videos

Third-party videos (e.g. Vimeo or YouTube) only load once you actively start them. Only then is data transferred to the respective provider.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
